Refund Policy

1. Player-Initiated Cancellations

Before Match Kickoff: You can cancel your participation in a contest as long as the cancellation window (indicated on the contest page) is open. Your entry fee will be fully refunded to your Arena Fan Play account balance.

After Match Kickoff: Once the contest begins, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and the entry fees will not be refunded.

2. Cancellations by Arena Fan Play

Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not meet the minimum number of required participants, Arena Fan Play reserves the right to cancel it. In such situations, all entry fees will be refunded to the respective accounts.

Technical Interruptions: If a contest is disrupted or canceled due to unforeseen technical issues, a full refund will be processed for all participants.

Violation of Rules: Contests terminated due to breaches of our Fair Play Policy may not result in refunds for users found responsible for the violation.

3. Refund Guidelines

Eligible Refund Scenarios: Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• The contest is canceled by Arena Fan Play.
• You withdrew from the contest before it started.
• A billing or payment processing error occurred.

Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to your Arena Fan Play account. These funds can either be used to join future contests or withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal guidelines.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

• Disqualification for violating platform rules.
• Losses resulting from player or team performance in a contest.
• Refund requests submitted after the contest has started or concluded.

4. Withdrawals of Account Balance

Requesting Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, as long as it meets the minimum withdrawal limit.

Processing Timeline: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Applicable Fees: Withdrawal requests may include a nominal processing fee, which will be displayed during the withdrawal process.
